January Glossy Box 2015

Hello beautiful people, I have a treat for you today... It's my January Glossy Box! (But you already knew that from my title!) After mentally reviewing whether it's was worth resubscribing with the box, I took the plunge and signed up for a one year subscription (no backing out now!) Jokes aside, I missed the surprise of opening each box and trying new and exciting products from brands I would have otherwise never have heard of. And ofcourse it means you lucky people getting to see what goodies I receive each month!

I was positively surprised with the contents of my box, especially as they are all products I can use!

Revitalizing Face Toner

This pink coloured toner comes in sleek looking bottle which has a pop lid dispenser, making it easier to use, perfect! Unscrewing lids always holds the danger of spills! I used this toner for the first time and it quickly removed any leftover daily dirt from my skin after showering. The toner has a pleasant smell and leaves the skin feeling soft and clean.

Colorluxe Powder Blush

I love this product! As far as saying it's my favourite item in the box. I love how travelling with the product has been considered, as it comes with a sponge applicator, lid and mirror! Saving you carrying a blush brush. It applies to the skin smoothly and has a Matte finish that is buildable.

 Jelly Pong Pong

All Over Glow

This is a gold gel highlighter, which when applied to skin leaves a golden, pearlescent glow. The product doesn't seem heavy on the skin and has no scent. I love how it comes in a squeezy tube and can be used for precise application. Although this product is great, I try to keep away from cream/gel products as I don't like how they apply over my powder foundation. However I will give this a try and see how it goes! ( I have received products from this brand before in Glossybox).

Eye Line Pencil in Clay

This is a brand that is sold at Superdrug and I have received items from this brand before in Glossybox. This brown eyeliner applies smoothly and can easily be blended, perfect for a brown smoky eye look.

Naked Lips

Organic Lip Balm Superfruits

Full size given: €5 =£3.91

This lipbalm has a gentle fruity scent and applies easily to your lips leaving them feeling like they are being conditioned. It's a 100% natural, which is amazing! This will be my new lipbalm for this winter! 

The final (free) gift was a £25 gift card to use on the Hello Fresh website, a new concept where all the ingredients for a meal are delivered straight to your door. Thanks Glossybox!

 

 

This months Glossybox was brilliant, perfect introduction to a new subscription and  a great start to the year! Here's hoping the rest of the years Glossyboxes will be just as great, if not better! There were 5 full size products worth £33.27 and a freebie worth £25!
